It all started in 1991 in Holland, Michigan when two longtime friends decided they wanted to provide a good eating and gathering place that people could afford.
Lots of time was spent searching high and low, hither and yon (especially yon) for all the on-the-wall and off-the-wall touches that make the 8th Street Grille a truly special place to be - the kind of place you could bring your friends and they would say "yah" to Holland.
